Tabit Office provides comprehensive customer information based on data collected by Tabit Guest and Tabit Order. You can access valuable insights into customer spending habits using the Customer Info tab, which includes details such as contact information, number of visits, and order average.
To pull a list of a specific customer:
- Go to Back Office > Customer Info
- Type in Customer's name or phone number to pull detailed information
To pull a detailed list of all customers:
- Go to Back Office > Customer Info
- In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, select Detailed Customer Report
- Select the desired start and end dates for the period you want to analyze and then select Apply
- Once applied, the system will automatically generate the report based on the chosen period and export it to an Excel file.
