What do I do if my PAD is connected to the wrong WiFi network?

All PADs must be connected to the correct WiFi Network. If a PAD is connected to the wrong network, an error message will appear, as shown below

Follow the steps below to connect to the correct WiFi Network:

  1. Press the Home Button on the iPad. If the device is a stationary PAD, swipe up from the bottom of the screen

      If the device is the Spooler, please contact Tabit Support to unlock it before continuing

  2. Open the Settings application

  3. Tap Wi-Fi and then select the WiFi Network dedicated for Tabit use and enter its password

      If the name of the Network is not known, contact Tabit Support

  4. If there are any other WiFi Networks listed under My Networks, forget them from the device. To do this, tap the blue i next to the WiFi name, then select Forget This Network

  5. Now the PAD is connected to the correct WiFi and is ready to use
