How to Add an OTP to a Gift Card

One Time Passwords can easily be added to Gift Card series

  1. In Office, go to Loyalty > Settings > Gift Cards Shop

  2. Scroll down to Payment Method and toggle Require OTP for Gift Card purchase to On 

  3. Select Save in the top right corner of the screen

Now, when buying a Gift Card, the customer will be required to enter an OTP as seen below:

If the customer chooses to enter their email instead of their phone number, they will still be required to enter their phone number for the OTP to be sent, as seen below:
