How to Block a Gift Card

There are two ways to Block a Gift Card from Tabit Office:

From the Customers Tab

    1. Go to Tabit Office > Loyalty > Customers > Customer
    2. To locate a card, enter its number in the search field
    3. Select the edit icon ✏️ to the left of the date/hour section of the desired card

    4. Select the “Block Customer” button in the top right

    5. A banner will appear across the top of the customer dashboard indicating the card is blocked.

 

From Gift Card Reports

    1. Go to Tabit Office > Loyalty > Reports > Digital Gift Cards
    2. Locate the card by searching the card number, date range, or scrolling.

    3. Select the edit icon ✏️to the left of the date/hour section of the desired card.

    4. Select the “Block Card” button in the top right.

    5. A banner will appear across the top of the transaction dashboard indicating the card is blocked.

Once a card has been blocked, it remains frozen. If you wish to reactivate a card, follow the same instructions and then tap Activate Customer.
