Delivery service is turned off or disabled
A restaurant may turn off their delivery service for numerous reasons. A few of the most common reasons are a limited number of drivers, sales volume in the restaurant, and weather

Delivery region is turned off
If the delivery service is on but the customer still can't place a delivery order, it's possible that the delivery region that they are in may have been turned off. Learn how to toggle delivery regions on and off here
Adjustments to delivery regions can be made from Tabit Office or from the PAD
The customer is trying to order from outside the delivery region
It's possible that the customer is outside of your current delivery region. If they are in a region that you usually deliver to that is currently turned off, you can choose to turn it back on, as we did above.
